We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Mailed payments need to be received
within 10 business days or your order will be cancelled. Orders will not be shipped until personal checks clear.

Shipping Information
Orders are filled in the order they are received. We strive to get orders filled within a few days, but please allow up
to 7 to 10 days to receive your package, depending on our workload and the season. Fall and Christmas is a very
busy time for us and most of our products are made to order. If you are needing an item by a specific date, please
let us know in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate you!
We cannot be responsible for packages that have incorrect addresses, or are returned as "undeliverable" or
"unclaimed". You will need to pay postage again to have them resent.
We do consider international shipping, but again, please email us first because shipping will be much higher,
probably at least double our rates. Most orders will be sent priority mail, but heavier and larger orders may be sent
via UPS. We do check both methods for the most economical rate.

Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products, however, because of the personal care issue with our bath and
body products, we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, we would allow
refund or exchange on that product. If you have any questions or concerns about ingredients in our products,
please contact us for more information.
In regard to our candles, if you are not satisfied with your candle purchase, you may exchange it for another
candle of the same size. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. To avoid having to return a
candle, we highly recommend you try one of our Tart Samplers first.
We cannot refund or exchange products because you do not care for a fragrance, as everyone has differing tastes.
You may want to try a small sized product first.
All designer fragrance "types" are trademarked names and are the exclusive property of the original
manufacturers.

Please be aware that some people may have allergies to fragrance oils, essential oils or butters such as shea butter.

reach of children. We cannot make any claims to healing or other properties of ingredients in our products.
The utmost care should be taken when using essential oils, especially if you are pregnant or nursing. Contact your
health care professional with any concerns you may have before using products.
