You may sell on your individually maintained website which is directly related to your "brick & mortar"
store, your retail store and local craft shows.
**Proper credit to Yellow Rose Gifts, Company is required on all items, unless private labeling has been
initiated with your order.
**There is a minimum 1st order requirement of $50.00 (before shipping).
**There is not any required minimum re-order amount. You may order one item or numerous items in
subsequent orders based on the needs of your store.
**Private labeling is available. Request information when submitting information for wholesale.
**You will be receive product updates whenever new products are added.

Terms of Agreement for Wholesale Orders
*A copy of our wholesale items list and wholesale prices will be emailed/mailed to you along with an
order form.
*A copy of one of these listed documents needs to be on file with me BEFORE initial order is processed
or shipped:
a. Your current valid Vendor's/Reseller's License
b. Your current valid Tax Exemption Certificate
c. Your current valid Sales Tax permit
d. A copy of the current document stating that you collect state sales tax which is issued by your
states' taxation or revenue office.
(Note: All information is verified with the appropriate state's taxation or revenue office.)
You may email a scanned copy or send it by US mail to:

If, after 6 months, a copy of your tax document has not been received, your request to purchase wholesale
products will be denied.
*Payments may be made with major credit cards and through PAYPAL's secure online system, company
checks, money orders or cashier's checks for mail-in orders.
*Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.
*There will be a $35.00 fee charged for all returned company checks.
*All orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, if your order is cancelled for any reason after 7 days.
*Shipping is done through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Larger
orders will ship UPS. All other orders will ship via USPS.
Shipping charges will be calculated by Yellow Rose Gifts, Company when an order is placed and added
to the total. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance may also be purchased following the chart listed below:

*Shipping Times: All wholesale orders are shipped within 3 - 4 weeks of your order (with a possible
additional 1 - 2 weeks during August through mid-December (the fall/holiday season). Please keep this
in mind when placing your orders!
Shipping times on each order will vary due to the types of items ordered, amount of items ordered, items
currently available in inventory, etc.
*Returns: If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for store credit within 3 days of receipt
of your order. The item(s) must be in the original container, and all original packaging material must be
included. PLEASE inspect your order upon receipt, and contact me immediately concerning any
problems or discrepancies.
*Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in shipping, etc., you can ship it
back to me (using the original packing, if possible) and I will very happily provide a replacement or a
store credit once I receive the returned item.
*Please note that our wholesale terms of agreement are subject to change without notice.
*Item availability and prices and/or wholesale percentages are subject to change due to supply
availability/cost increases.
The lowest reasonable wholesale prices will be provided on all of my available wholesale items.
